Virgin v6 box stuck on starting up Feb 14, 2020 · Hi, this video shows you the steps I took to fix my Virginmedia V6 box which had the flashing green and amber light, and it was stuck on the welcome screen. We have three V6 boxes. Try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the +button at the same time.
